report you to the proper authorities. If you dispute a call call our
office FIRST 1-866-264-8242 to resolve it BEFORE you call your bank and
charge it back. If you are thinking about denying a call or not paying
for it, DON’T. If we are not able to settle it in a prompt manner you
will be subjected to the following:
1. You will be charged a 50.00 chargeback fee in addition to your
call.
2. Your Credit company will receive from us PROOF of your call in
DETAIL.
3. Your local police dept and county attorney will be notified and
you will be charged
"THEFT OF SERVICES". A collection notice will be put into your
local newspaper.
4. If necessary we will take you to small claims court and they
may garnish your wages.
5. We will turn you over to a "Collections Agency" and they may
list your unpaid bill as delinquent on your credit report.
6. You will be placed on our
LOSER PAGE with details of your call.
Should you decide to pay us back ALL THE MONEY you owe us your
name will be removed. |
